* What does unmetered mean?
Unmetered means we don't limit the services you need, however we do actively monitor resource usage and will let you know if your usage is affecting the performance of the server, or is becoming unreasonable to a point where the expense of operating your account exceeds your monthly billing. In the event we require you to upgrade your plan, we will discuss the options available to you before proceeding with any action.  As a general guide we do not permit high-volume sites, file archives or free email services. If you're unsure about any of these conditions please contact us to discuss your options.

* What if I need more than 250MB disk space?
You'll only need more than 250Mb disk space if your website hosts thousands of good quality images, or hours of web optimised video or audio files.  250Mb is enough for most sites, however if you have a very large e-commerce site with thousands of products and a few images per product, you will need more disk space.  Additional disk space is charge at $5 per month per 100MB.
