      <title>New anti-SPAM law change  imposes strict rules on email marketing</title>
      <description>&lt;p style="line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;" arial="" sans-serif=""&gt;From 5 September 2007, permission will required from recipients of all commercial electronic messages sent.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;The Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act is a new legislation brought in to prohibit businesses from sending unsolicited emails and text messages.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="line-height: normal;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;" arial="" sans-serif=""&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What does this mean for you?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;" arial="" sans-serif=""&gt;You will need to review your mail-out lists to ensure that all recipients on the list have provided their permission to receiving commercial electronic messages from you;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;" arial="" sans-serif=""&gt;ensure that you keep this list up to date and track consents;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
