About the role:

As a Project and Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and steering multiple digital projects from inception through post-launch execution and maintenance. 

As part of our commitment to excellence, you will need a deep understanding of digital project management processes and methodologies. To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who genuinely geeks out over processes and systems. It's not just about managing projects; it's about being a true aficionado of streamlined workflows and efficient methodologies. This includes a comprehensive understanding of project management processes, ensuring efficient planning, execution, monitoring, and control throughout the project lifecycle. Your role is not just project management though, as a key Account Manager, you'll work closely with our clients, delving deep into their businesses to identify strategies for substantial revenue growth. Leveraging a suite of cutting-edge tools and systems, alongside your AI colleagues, you'll drive a surge of traffic to their websites and optimise sales funnels to convert visitors into valuable customers. While expertise in SEO or social media marketing isn't a prerequisite, a keen desire to grasp the fundamentals of online success and a proactive attitude toward learning new systems are essential qualities for this role.

Working closely with our Director and business support team, you will play a pivotal part in steering programme management, sales pipeline activities and writing proposals, directly influencing the strategic direction of our projects and ensuring the continuous growth and success of NetPotential. You'll be responsible for nurturing existing client accounts, actively seeking new opportunities to enhance the value we offer to our clients. 

About you:

  • Project Management: You have worked in a similar role in the past, and are competent at managing complex software development projects, and the programme of work across multiple projects.
  • Managing Project Budgets and Scope: You effectively manage project budgets, monitor scope creep, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Client Focus and Account Management: You’re able to cultivate a client-focused culture, ensuring client needs, expectations and growth are at the forefront of project considerations. You will strive to have great relationships with, and be cherished by our clients.
  • Leadership: you can align the team with the project's vision, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Business Acumen: You have a strong understanding of the business environment and financial landscape surrounding projects, taking proactive and strategic actions. You are able to identify and emphasise the real life day-to-day impacts digital solutions can provide for our clients.
  • Confidence: You display a strong belief in your abilities and navigate challenges with assurance.
    Management of Risk and Client Expectations: You consistently evaluate and address potential risks, engaging in transparent discussions with clients.
  • Communication: You demonstrate effective communication skills, fostering clear and transparent lines of communication with stakeholders and our team.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: You make timely decisions and employ problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.
  • Time management: You’re pro at managing your time and competing priorities that shift regularly.
  • Digital Marketing: CRM configuration, optimising sales funnels, and CRO (conversion rate optimisation) desirable, but not essential
  • Software Experience: You have experience in the below, and are an expert at picking up new cutting-edge programs:
    • Content Management Systems 
    • Proficiency in office suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office365 
    • Atlassian products such as; Confluence, Jira and Trello
  • Systems and Processes: You excel at creating and implementing systems and processes to drive success internally and for our clients.
