With unwavering dedication, you'll unleash web solutions that act as catalysts for our clients' growth. Your goal? To Deliver real transformational results for your clients..

About Us:

Established in 2003, our extensive journey in the digital realm spans several decades, evolving from classic, high-quality web development to specialising in websites aimed at boosting revenue. We have expanded our expertise to systematise online lead generation and enhance sales conversions for our clients, ensuring their growth and success in the online marketplace.

Despite catering to a variety of large to small clients, we embody a nimble, adaptable and agile approach, representing a small and flexible company culture. Our guiding principle is straightforward: "We aren't stuck-up technophiles." We cherish fresh perspectives, client-centric strategies, innovation, and an unwavering dedication to continuous improvement.

About the role:

As a Project and Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and steering multiple digital projects from inception through post-launch execution and maintenance.

As part of our commitment to excellence, you will need a deep understanding of digital project management processes and methodologies. To thrive in this role, we're looking for someone who genuinely geeks out over processes and systems. It's not just about managing projects; it's about being a true aficionado of streamlined workflows and efficient methodologies. If you're the kind of person who finds joy in orchestrating the perfect project symphony, we want to hear from you!

Your role is not just project management though, as a key Account Manager, you'll work closely with our clients, delving deep into their businesses to identify strategies for substantial revenue growth. Leveraging a suite of cutting-edge tools and systems, alongside your AI colleagues, you'll drive a surge of traffic to their websites and optimise sales funnels to convert visitors into valuable customers. While expertise in SEO or social media marketing isn't a prerequisite, a keen desire to grasp the fundamentals of online success and a proactive attitude toward learning new systems are essential qualities for this role.

Working closely with our Director and business support team, you will play a pivotal part in steering programme management, sales pipeline activities and writing proposals, directly influencing the strategic direction of our projects and ensuring the continuous growth and success of NetPotential.
