A good intranet is the place your team goes first: the latest news, the right version of each document, and the tools they use every day. We build intranets and staff portals for New Zealand organisations, including ones that keep working with no signal.

Who we've built for

Over the years we have built intranets for Mediaworks, MercyAscot and the Auckland Regional Public Health Service, and for smaller firms such as Potentia and Sheffield. More recently we built an offline-first member directory for NZALPA, the New Zealand Air Line Pilots' Association: it works fully in aeroplane mode, with automated tests that prove it.

SharePoint, or something built for you?

If you already pay for Microsoft 365, SharePoint may be the right answer, and we'll say so. A custom intranet makes sense when staff work in the field, when SharePoint has become a maze nobody uses, or when the intranet needs to connect to systems Microsoft doesn't.
