We run our own SMS gateway on a real New Zealand mobile number, so your website, app or CRM can send and receive texts and WhatsApp messages without a per-message platform taking a cut.

Two-way, and it works

A text campaign we ran for NZALPA, the New Zealand Air Line Pilots' Association, in September 2026 went to 512 people and drew replies from 233 of them, about 45%. People answer texts from a real local number in a way they do not answer email.

Following the law

Marketing texts in New Zealand fall under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007: consent, a clear sender and a free way to opt out in every message. We build that in. Service messages such as sign-in codes and order updates are set up separately from marketing.

For online stores, the same gateway powers Aiva, our AI employee, including abandoned cart follow-ups and buy via SMS.
